Aurora Global Logistics Pty Ltd was established in the year 2000 by Directors Mr Kane Bygrave and Mr Paul Drury. At the end of 2003 Mr Jason Roberts, former director of one of the largest privately owner freight forwarding companies in Queensland joined Aurora as well. Aurora's commercial inception into the market is aimed at filling a service niche that satisfies the inadequacies offered by the larger International Freight organisations.

Unlike the large Multi National companies, Aurora offers a personalised service, tailored to the needs of our customers. Our personal goals at Aurora is to exceed our client's level of expectations, we have some very simple strategies in place to help us achieve this:

• Primarily, we are contactable any time of the day or night, 7 days a week. Our energetic staff are excited to field phone calls from 6.30am to 6.30pm; calls outside these hours are intercepted via diversion to mobile phones. No matter what time it is, you can always contact a staff member in times of emergencies.
  
  
• Secondly, we will not subject you to inexperienced staff; all our staff are highly trained in their chosen field and are encouraged to learn other facets of the industry. In our years of experience in the industry, the most common complaint we have from customers relate to lackluster staff, passing from one person to another. Therefore, as we grow you will always have a single point of contact (SPC) assigned to handle your account, no matter what the query. Furthermore, it will be an experienced member of staff.
  
  
• Thirdly, we believe it is our duty to provide value added service and advice beyond the basic Freight and Customs Brokerage services that our industry provides. With over 30 years experience amongst key operation staff, we are constantly monitoring Australia's rules and regulations governing our import and exports. This is to ensure opportunities are not missed, and our clients do not pay any more Import Tax and Post Importation Charges than legally required.
